Small formatting issue in section 6.3 of manual (pdf specific)

I am reading through the pdf version Manual for Julia 1.11.2 and
noticed a small formatting issue. If one goes to section 6.3 “Bitwise
operators” and looks at the table here, the symbol for two operators
are missing (“bitwise nand (not and)” and bitwise nor (nor or)). They
do appear in the html version.
