Central List of Unfixable Issues

Rather than having many open issues of unfixable issues, instead we use this single list. Unfixable issues (as shown by the 'Can't Fix' label) are issues that can't be fixed by us. Almost always, this is due to something being hard coded and thus can only be fixed by PDX.

If you find a duplicate unfixable issue, simply close it and mark it as a duplicate on one of the following issues.

If you find a new unfixable issue please:

1. Mark it with the 'Can't Fix' label
2. Add it to the list below
3. Close the issue
