Şu an deterministic build'e çok yakınız.

Brew ve pip'ten gelen build dependency'leri de versiyon kontrolüna alarak %100 deterministic build sağlayalım.

Bu denetçi node'ları eklememiz için ön adım.

Denetçi özelliği açık node'lar kimlikdao.org'daki dapp'in github/ana'daki kodla 1:1 aynı olduğunu kontrol ediyorlar.
