Add increasing numbers on row start instead of substance names, they should be clickable if a substance uri exists.

I am leaving this open and transferring it to 4.0.3, maybe we should use the same code when writing a dataset to reduce fetching time?
Although the data entry list is already iterated for paging purposes... we should discuss this.
