Allow pre-request scripts for webscoket request

It would be nice to have ability to use pre-request scripts for websocket requests , for example to handle some custom authorization.
Is it planned to be implemented in future?

Yes, sure.
For example you need to connect to some WS API that requires authentication. I see two cases where pre-request script would work nice:
A) You have some sort of key and secret and need to generate request signature including timestamp and nonce for example and pass it in headers on connection (complex auth logic).
B) You need to request some token via REST API and then connect to ws API passing acquired token as query parameter.
