[Feature Request] Add toggle to hide specific apps?

There's a lot of modules. Most are Chinese though.
It's a loathing experience trying to decipher what mods to install when scrolling - especially without live translation.
Some are partially English and then you open to read further and the git page is completely Chinese. Rick rolled.
However, some CHN apps seem like they could be used globally so it's not exactly a simple thing to disable all CHN mods.

So basically it only needs to be separated into two categories regardless of language it is in.

1. Specific country use
2. Global use

Maybe a repo requirement to hyperlink directly to the English translated file or page.

Maybe add a toggle to hide 1 or 2 in the app modules list.

Maybe have another module description tab specifically for English translated text.

What takes the creators couple minutes to submit a translated page. It's literally 1000s of minutes technically, if each person has to do it. Obviously this only matters for modules that are of global use.

Toggle:
There was this feature in one of the earlier models of xposed but it simply only hid Chinese language mods and didn't consider that some were actually applicable and usable for anyone. They just needed to translate and use.

If all else fails and this can't be done... I'll even take one for the team and if all Chinese mods (that can be used by everyone)
Direct them to me. I'll read, install and figure out what needs to be written in english for description part and submit them.

If I knew coding, I'd just do it myself.
