Hello dear authors, thank you very much for your contribution to advance biomedical imaging segmentation research. I have a question on the data augmentation applied during training the model. I am interested in applying augmentation on temporal dimension for a sequence of frames. I came across an input argument "synchronize_channels=False" in all intensity transforms available through "batchgenerators". Can this argument be leveraged to apply "same" intensity augmentation for all temporal frames within a sequence? For example, if Gaussian blur sigma was chosen randomly to be 0.85, then I want to keep this setting for all frames within that sequence. Thanks in advance for your answer.
