BUG: TUN mode breaks internet access completely

Describe the problem

I am using NekoRay on Windows, old version 3.26 to use it with Xray core (it works much faster and better than sing-box for me). Recently all of a sudden I started to experience a bug where when I turn on TUN mode in NekoRay, whole internet access goes away (after 1 second of launching TUN, internet access is denied. The network access icon in tray changes its icon from "connected" to "no access"). This happens both in non-admin and "Run as admin" variations.

I have no access to internet whether I am connected to my VPN server or not, connection to internet goes away before connecting to server.
Switching to sing-box core "fixes" the issue - TUN mode works, but I want to use Xray core specifically.
Tried other client that supports Xray (v2RayN) and everything works fine, so I guess that nekobox_core.exe somehow "breaks" my internet adapter.
Tried to boot nekobox_core.exe via CMD with sing-box-json supplied as config, getting the same result.

Tried this to fix the problem:

• Restarting PC
• Deleting and downloading fresh NekoRay 3.26
• Flushing DNS
• Autofix tool in TUN settings

Possible reasons: my PC shutdown prior to this bug happening was unexpected: my house lost power, so I didn't have a chance to close NekoRay properly.

Expected behavior: Enabling TUN mode should not affect my internet access.

Actual behavior: Enabling TUN mode breaks access to internet.

How to reproduce

Enable TUN mode in NekoRay 3.26 with Xray core.
