Additional Configuration Option support

It seems like we'd want to support at least the following configurations. We may want to make seperate issues for these if they are a significant effort

• Batch Size #70
• Host,Username,Port,Password,DBName, with SQL Alchemy having folks specify a url may be ok for now, it's the same thing. Seperate issue potentially - feat: Create SQLAlchemy URL from config take 2 #32
• Support for SSL #71
• Support for activate version #72
• Support primary_key_required - Support for empty key properties #54
• Support temp_directory for copy commands

Regarding PR #32 - The Port option seemingly has been overlooked? At least it's not present in the code but it has been added to the documentation.
