Hi
I started creating identity validations a month ago, and the organization name I applied for is Beijing Kingsoft Security Software Co., Ltd. , However, the process has been consistently failing without any reason. Later, I changed the domain name and tried submitting again, but it still failed. I would like to upload the related documents again, but after the first failure, I can no longer upload any files. Now, there is a prompt asking me to provide an assignment letter on company letterhead showing the relationship of the purchaser to the company, but where can I upload it?
Please help me.
