Dev Drive doesn't appear in This PC

I created a Dev Drive in my Dev Box using a 'Resize an existing volume" method to resize the Windows C: drive. I can see it in Disk Management and can also open it in Explorer from there. However, this drive doesn't show up in This PC. Only the current Windows C: drive shows up there. VM restart didn't help. I don't see in the instructions if this is expected or not and how to fix it.
