When using Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode on Microsoft Edge for YouTube videos, the settings icon appears in the extreme top-left corner of the PiP window. This placement prevents users from resizing the PiP window, as the settings icon obstructs the resizing controls.

How to look at this issue:
Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to YouTube.
Play any video and activate Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode (in the video itself select "Picture-in-Picture").
Observe the settings icon in the extreme top-left corner of the PiP window.
Try resizing the PiP window, which becomes difficult or impossible due to the misplaced settings icon.

Expected Behavior:
The settings icon should be positioned in a way that does not interfere with resizing controls, allowing users to adjust the PiP window size without issues.

Actual Behavior:
The settings icon is placed at the extreme top-left corner, obstructing the resizing controls, and users cannot resize the PiP window properly.

in screen recording the youtube video didn't show up(i don't know the reason, but you can try yourself)
