Issue Description
I noticed that there is a significant discrepancy in the number of parameters between the models in this repository and the ones from Ultralytics. For example, according to the ultralytics version, the v9c model has 25.5M parameters, but the mit version shows nearly double that amount (51M). Could you please clarify why this difference exists?
