mpc: MPD error: Connection refused

Hello,
On my x64 Ubuntu machine 23.10 I've just installed newest MPD 0.23.15 and mpc 0.35 Unfortunately when i want to use mpc receive error message: 'MPD error: Connection refused'. When I use -h option it works. In my /etc/mpd.conf i have:

bind_to_address		"10.10.10.1"
port				"6600"

How to fix this?

mpd version: 0.23.5

ela@akacja:~$ whereis mpd
