  • Update Region 2 to 11.3
  • Move Traffic to Region 2 (No CWD)
  • Update Region 1 to 11.3
  • Move Traffic back to Region 1

When updating the regions implement the Golden AMI images as well and ensure that everything is working. Limit time on Region 2 to get back to primary region when updating is complete
