With Jamf Pro, using the "Single App Mode" payload and edu.nebraska.ImageViewer as the Bundle ID for our ATV, we are getting an error message that stay on the screen for like >20 seconds before seeing the first picture:
"Error
There was an issue loading the player content."

On Jamf Pro, the failed command logged is: The field “Identifier” contains an invalid value.
Not using the "Single App Mode" is fine, no errors.

We experience this as well with single app mode...anyone come up with a path forward?
