SOAP notes pulls down all ActiveIssues right now, not just the scripts intended to be shown in the SOAP notes. this will unintentionally pull in every issue, including ones for followup.

Probably need a separate function that notes which ActivieIssues are for SOAP notes and have an API route that fetches just those

Leads to the above issue where follow-ups from the prior week are shown in the current week's note
