[FAIL] Found profiles outside of /nix/var/nix/profiles

The installer made a symlink:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 cmyk cmyk 44 Jan 29 15:45 /home/cmyk/.nix-profile -> /home/cmyk/.local/state/nix/profiles/profile

After a fresh install of nix, I get this error when checking with nix config check:
