Depends on parallelism strategy from #23.

  • Maybe output percentage (if number of commits is known)
    • It takes 8.5s to list the number of commits in the default branch of Linux
  • Maybe output number of processed commits / rules / elapsed time
  • How to mix tracing logs with an ansi progress meter?
  • Only do if stdout is a tty
