@sreeder and @horsburgh, what are the Forms and doc/wxFormBuilder folders? Do they belong in the odm2 api package, or are they: a) experimental, hence better moved to a branch; b) non-essential add-ons (my guess), hence better moved to a separate package or some other mechanism?

I believe that these were created to provide a reusable GUI panel for apps that use the API and would like to allow users to enter their credentials and connect to a database.

Thanks, @denvaar. That does sound like an add-on functionality that shouldn't be a part of the default installation. Stuff to think about, I guess.

How about planning to move forward on @valentinedwv's suggestion to move this stuff to extras ("as done in wofpy setup.py")? Maybe late this week or next week, after @sreeder's Dev1_0 branch is merged?
