Short Description
CSCS manages multiple datacenters. We want the ability to control them the same way. Currently we use tools outside of CSM to manage these workflows. Getting these better integrated, and exploring some better ways of achieving functionality.

Definition of Done
Reimplementation of existing workflows (Currently CSCS does a backup, ship, restore model to "move" a vCluster across the datacenters using Manta) as a minimum. There are many potential optimization to explore to keep things better synced in operation. This could be an enhancement of Cell design.
