[Suggestion] Side scrolling for WSH Playlist.

I recently got a mouse with a side-scrolling wheel and I was wondering if it would be possible to enable side-scrolling on the WSH playlist panel. Currently, only scrolling on the bar at the bottom makes the page move through tracks.

It would be very nice if this feature could be added (hope it is not a limitation of WSH), and if it is already: 1) sorry for polluting the issues 2) where can I turn it on?

PS: I know that I could use the standard scrolling option, but I find the layout with the horizontal scroll bar is much better.
