Weapon System Error #59

I am getting error with mods/deathmatch/resources/weapon resource.

Resource weapon could not be loaded (Couldn't parse meta file for resource 'weapon' [Line 0: Error reading Element value.])

Almost tried everything, but still got nothing.... Meta file is set up correctly but for some reason server is not loading it.

When I am trying to /makeammo in game I am getting a lot of errors cuz of this resource not running state.
