Paper drawer gets cropped in mobile devices when in landscape mode

Expected outcome

It should be able to scroll throught the drawer in portraoit mode

Actual outcome

If the drawer has many elements it will become cropped if scroll is enabled and if not it wont be possible to scroll.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a basic paper drawer panel example with a drawer sidebar ( preferably a sidebar with many elements )
2. Open the page in a web browser using a mobile device and tilt said device to landscape.
3. Click the behavior of the sidebar drawer when scrolling or trying to scroll throughout it in landscape mode,
