I believe the three of you should now be all set now as admins of the new porto repo as soon as you accept your invitations. I've also added you each to both the chapter-organizers team and the new porto team, which you can use to contact your chapter's members.
Add a Code of Conduct to your repo (including contact information for reporting any incidents to chapter leadership)
Make your readme more exciting
Submit a PR adding your chapter to the chapters.json file in the protoschool.github.io repo, following the data format described to make your chapter magically appear in our chapter listings.
If you choose to build a chapter website on your repo via GitHub Pages, it will end up at https://proto.school/porto. However, feel free to just update the readme for now, or provide a link to another website (such as a Meetup group) when you add your chapter to our listings.
If you have any trouble with the chapter setup instructions, I'd love to hear what's confusing so I can polish them up.
Thanks again for volunteering to host a chapter!
Let's wait until you've taken these steps and are listed on the main website before we close out this issue.
Took care of all three, don't have a website yet, and next step will be to brainstorm ideas for getting the Porto chapter going, which we'll track here: ProtoSchool/porto#1
