How to handle entities created by third party bundles ?

Tenant entities are in their own namespace and I can create my custom ones myself without issues but how would I go about the ones created by bundles I install ?
For intance this bundle creates a Changelog entity, but it's not in the Tenant namespace so what's the play here ?
Any insight ? @RamyHakam
