Delete resume seems to be too easy, especially when it's a floating button that auto hides

When I move the cursor to the resume and click to open it, the delete button comes out of nowhere, and I press on it instead of the resume, and there is no confirmation dialog, so off you go my unsaved work.

From UX perspective it's better to rethink how deletion should work and improve on that, my recommendation is to at least add a dialog to confirm the deletion.
