Change lang when integrating

Hello, I just can't understand how to change the language when I try to integrate the lib in my project (ASP NET Core).

What I did to integrate :

• Download the project
• Run the command "npm run build" to create the dist folder
• Took the dist folder, placed it in my wwwroot/lib as "svgedit"

In a Razor view (only showing relevant code) :

When I put "lang: 'fr'", in the console, it says that it can't find the translation : "Missing translation (fr) for layer_view - using 'en'"
But even is not really right, because the labels on the button changed from "Save" to "opensave.save_doc".
I tried to add a "locale" folder with the lang.fr.js file in it, but nothing changed.
