Job Recurrence Schedule incorrect start date

Issue:
When the 1st of the month is on a Saturday and a job recurrence schedule indicates the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th weeks of the month, the starting month will not calculate correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Volunteer Campaign
2. Create a Volunteer Job attached to that Campaign
3. Create a Job Recurrence Schedule for that Volunteer Job and choose the following:

• Day of the Week: Saturday
• Weekly Occurrence: 2nd
• Scheduled Start Date & Time: 01/08/2022 5:00 PM
• Duration: 2

4. Click Save

• Notice that the Shifts created are 2/12, 3/12 and 4/9 but not 1/8.

Workaround
As a workaround, either manually create the missing or incorrectly dated Volunteer Shifts or choose the 1st day of the Month as the Start Date/Time.
