Doesn't seem to work with the new Youtube comment section UI #38

It seem that the chat overlay doesn't seem to work with the new YouTube UI change that puts comment section to the side of the video instead. I don't know if this UI is here to stay or if its just an experiment, but want to give you guys the heads up about this.

Below is the example of the new UI I am talking about:
