This will unblock a bunch of dependabot warning auto-fixes in packages, I believe.

See https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-scripts?activeTab=versions, not sure if I can jump directly to latest or if I need to move to like 2.1.x first and then move forward fixing things. SemVer suggests I should expect the latter.

I wonder if there's an upgrade guide?
