Currently, there exists a bug in protocols when the tenant of the DWN is a ManagedIdentity:
Despite the protocol being installed in the DWN where the ManagedIdentity is considered the tenant, the authorization rules do not allow the ManagedIdentity to write.
This required a workaround in #99 to allow anyone to write to the protocol, as the ManagedIdentity could not write these records without it due to this bug.
This rule should removed once the DWN protocol authorizations have been updated.
