Add ability for user to change their passphrase

Users set their passphrase when onboarding to the application.

It'd be great to add in a screen within the app to allow the user to change their passphrase.
Currently, the only way a user could "change" their passphrase is by deleting & reinstalling the application. However, deleting & re-installing the application will also delete all identity information.
