描述问题
如果开启了“话题"(topic)功能，即使是公开频道也收不到bot的回复。

复现问题
重现问题的步骤：

进入一个开启话题的公开群组，点击general
使用/setenv 设置deepseek的token环境变量
@机器人并与之正常聊天
无响应（但仍然可以执行/echo或者其他命令

注：我只有deepseek的api key,其他模型暂未测试

预期行为
正常得到回答

其他信息

部署方式为一般的CloudFlare Worker
在无topic开启的群组里运行一切正常
