The classes are TeosBase, TeosSea, TeosIce, and SaarDataHandler
The base class for TeosSea and TeosIce is TeosBase.
SaarDataHandler supplies data to the other objects when called upon.

available at the TEOS-10 website (http://www.TEOS-10.org). 

Information concerning class functions/methods is available in the
comments preceding the source code for the functions, however, there
is more information in a function by function format in html files
at the aforesaid TEOS-10 website.
