Implement support for Mission Mode THPs

Figure out video specs for the deleted videos (screenshots?)
Implemented specs data into MKWii Default data fileset
Add support in INI files/code handlers for unknown frame size counts to support them
Test changes in a My Stuff/DVD ISO mod
