Grin-startup not finding JSON #6

Downloaded this using the pastebin installer (HGAmBJiN), and Grin-startup errors regarding not loading the JSON api. Looking into this, it was looking for a 1.2.3 release folder rather than the 1.2.4 release that was downloaded. Changing this seemed to solve the issue.

This should have been fixed in e994567, but I guess I'll need to push a release for it to work.
