WCTF is laggy on low-spec systems

I'm using WCTF on an old laptop, and each click takes at least 3-5 seconds to load.
Is it possible to minimize the resource usage of the application so the user experience is smoother?

I achknowledge this issue, and a complete code overhaul is underway. But unfortunately, I cannot give a release date for this new version :(
