SI: no but planned
Power: yes with vcd/saif or propagated activities
Eco: please clarify what you have in mind. Various things get called eco.

We do not have a traditional eco router. We have some work on incremental routing.

Can openroad generate vcd or saif files?

It can read them but it is not a verilog simulator so it can't generate them. You might look at Verilator
