Planning for release of v5.3.6

I've just updated the release note for v5.3.6 with the latest updates. I think we've now reached the right point to release v5.3.6, particularly because there are a large number of bug fixes.

The proposed schedule for the release of v5.3.6 is as follows:

• Wednesday 30th October 2024 - PR merging freeze, apart from docs, translation updates and bug fixes. Kick off the banner artwork competition
• Friday 15th November 2024 - Release of v5.3.6

Please reply here with any tickets that should be considered for inclusion in the release.

IMO the PR for language updates should also be accepted.

Updates for language plugins like #8653 and #8612. I think they should be accepted even if they are created after 29th October.

At present I hope these PR can be included in v5.3.6:

• Make recent tab limit configurable #8698
• feat: i18n framework based on extracting translations from plugin's /languages/ to /language/ #8435
• Translator editon update #8703
• Make markdown's highlight look the same as tiddlywiki's #8704
