There's two links pointing to the same URL, likely a copy/paste typo.

You need to be more specific. I did have a look and there are many links in that tiddler. So what exactly is the problem?

Your link points to the Talk discussion group. You need to link to tiddlywiki.com so the issue can be actionable.

It's about Attributes section in HTML in WikiText : a transclusion of a textReference and a transclusion of a macro/variable point to the same URL.

Variable Attribute Values was suggested as correct link by @ericshulman . I suppose for the second of those links.
