To migrate the Monitor My Watershed implementation of the ODM2DataSharingPortal to Django 2.x requires that we migrate to Python 3. See ODM2/ODM2DataSharingPortal#381.

Are there any plans in the next year to migrate this repo to Python 3?

A number of components of the ODM2 ecosystem are transitioning. See ODM2/odm2-software-ecosystem#2
