Box zooming/control over y-axis

Suggestion from a technician: It would be great to have some control over the y-axis. Particularly, the functionality to draw a box around data of interest and have the plot re-scale would be great.

I don't know that I think this is important functionality, especially with the sub-plot that has been implemented for zooming to a time period, but I thought the suggestion should be posted.
