Scrolling within Google Map pop-up bubbles

Right now when I click on many of the GAMUT sites on the Google Map the pop up bubbles come up but do not show all of the available information. And, there is no visible scroll bar in the bubble, so it is not readily apparent that I can/have to scroll down to get to the "View Data Series" button. The bubbles need to display the pop-up information without scrolling.
