Long story short is that when running
dcm2bids, afterdcm2niixcompletes,dcm2bidsspits out a bunch ofNo Pairingwarnings and then aborts.Really any help would be appreciated here 🙏 and in return once I understand the source of this error, if I can think of some kind of error message or documentation improvement that could help others with the same issue, then I'll happily submit a PR.
