Allow users to input a file of HUCs or choose to get all HUCs. Things to consider - what level of HUCs will be shown? nhdplusTools only allows you to query by HUC 8, but we could write a helper function to st_union() HUC 8s into higher levels, like a 4. This would be useful for talking about IWS basins.
