Draft PR option not seen with my version of github #3261

On my forked repository of the MetPy code base I am attempting a draft PR but I do not see an option. Is that only for commercial users? |

It shouldn't be. Do you not see an arrow drop down next to the final "Create Pull Request" button? (See below)

Now I do ! I do not know why it did not show me yesterday . I will have the draft PR ready for inspection later next week. Does the draft PR have to contain code that works and well tested or can it be just code that has issues but has the most important elements in it ? |

Treat "Draft PR" just like you would a "draft" of a normal written document. It means you're ready for some feedback, but you don't think you're done with it yet. That can be barely complete so we can discuss some important implementation approach, or mostly complete but want some input. |
