Putting device to sleep bricks SteamOS after dead battery.

Since I've had a steamdeck with steamOs. When the battery dies in sleep mode when preserving the games state. There is a chance it will brick steamOS from booting properly. I've had to reinstall 4 times because of this reason. One time I tried fixing steamOS and could be related to home directory not mounting.

trying to go into a previous steamOS does not work an seems to be a issue I had and solved in steam deck discord. the home directory is locked and fsck fails to mount it. ill have to specify the solution. this issue is related to #1162 but this time it isn't from factory reset but just device dieing when holding a game state.
