Question: How do I add a extra team with New Textures?

so I'm making a new team called Robots and I want the Robot Team to have the robot models, but how do I do this? but I want RED & BLU to team up with each other and I want them to spawn in the same spawn room, and how do i add an extra team and the other stuff? or unless someone wants to make me an script. that's fine also. but still figuring how to add a new team without like the game disconnecting me------
