When Finished, Windows doesn't start after a very long time. #96

Windows is not loading, instead, it gets stuck with the phone logo with the text above.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attempt to install it.

Expected behavior
The OOBE to start, and the loading wheel to appear.

Also noting, the WBM loads fine, but Windows Refuses.
